Electronic nebulizer products have been banned in Brazil since 2009, but there are still stores that sell these products, usually with a statement that they are safe. Some people argue that if electronic nebulizer products are available on the street and online, then why ban them? If there is no ban, this country can tax their sales.

In response, Stella Biaros, a Brazilian tobacco expert and professor at the University of California, San Francisco, said:- “In 2019, less than 1% of Brazilians use atomizer products, and if legalized, this number will increase rapidly.”
