Blue Hole New Consumer Report, news on February 7th, according to Le News, one in eight young people in French-speaking Switzerland regularly uses e-cigarettes.

 

 

In a Unisante study of 1,362 young people, 59% said they had vaped at least once and 12% said they used it regularly (more than 10 days in the past month).

 

 

Of those who responded, 59% said they consumed the products on a night out, while 40% said they consumed them at home.

 

 

According to the survey, 63% of the respondents prefer e-cigarettes because of the taste, while 40% said there is no tobacco taste and 30% said it is convenient to use.

 

 

Disposables were the most popular choice among young people, with 49.4% of respondents saying their parents knew they had used them. Half of the respondents said they had seen product advertisements, and two-thirds were aware of health risks and addiction risks.
